What's Chip Reading?

Snakes in Suits: When Psychopaths Go to Work

I am not sure how to feel about this book. As a coach, I am trained to stay away from anything that looks, feels or smells “clinical”. I am not a therapist, don’t even play one on TV, and don’t want to bandy about words like “psychopath”. I wasn’t even sure I wanted to read the book, but the title was so great, I had to give it a shot. It is not your typical business book, but I can see where the authors wanted us to go. However, I would be cautious with labeling anyone a “psychopath”. True psychopaths make up less than 1% of the population and that jerk that you work for probably isn’t one. I would recommend reading this book with caution.
