About Marty:

Marty Vondrell coaches and trains employees at all levels of an organization. He brings over 25 years of human resource leadership and coaching experience diversified in natural resources, high technology, consulting and entrepreneurial ventures. He has managed international teams as VP of Human Resources for an $800 Million North American region and had strategic input at the global level of a $7 Billion international organization.
Marty is known as an intuitive and perceptive learning leader approaching both group and singular engagements in a listening and thoughtful manner. He is recognized for the skill of developing high potential employees for stretch engagements, building their confidence and readiness for a successful future in business.

Marty obtained his master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Akron. He has an MBA and SPHR designation from the Society of Human Resource Management Association. In addition, he is a Leadership Circle Certified Practitioner and is certified by the Coaches Training Institute.

Marty has a wide range of interests and at the top of that list is raising his children along with his wife. He and his family can often be found exploring everything from the slopes to the sound of the Pacific Northwest and various distant adventures.
